(Sunday - Thursday, two night minimum)

A $1000 security deposit is required at the time of booking and refunded on the day of departure

Our cattle are friendly and we encourage our guests to hand-feed them, however, please be mindful that they are still large animals and are unpredictable. Please only feed them over a fence to ensure your safety.

Do not leave gates open, please close all gates behind you.

There are dams and open bodies of water. Children and those who cannot swim must be supervised at all times

Cancellation Policy
Cancel your stay:

Two calendar months and one day prior to check in will receive a full refund.

Two calendar months before check in will forfeit 20% deposit but will not be obliged to pay remaining balance.

7 days or less before check-in, will forfeit 100% of the rate paid if the property cannot be re-let otherwise. Every effort will be made to re-book the house. If property can be re-booked 100% will be refunded.
